• "FPX" refers to the Financial Process Exchange, a Malaysian online payment gateway operated under the oversight of PayNet Malaysia.
• "DuitNow" refers to the real-time funds transfer service operated by PayNet Malaysia.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available on the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the ubet77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

The minimum deposit amount on the ubet77 Platform is RM30 per transaction. Deposits are processed via the payment channels listed on the Platform at the time of transaction, including but not limited to FPX, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Deposit processing times vary by method: e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly; FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Members must ensure the withdrawal destination account matches the name on the registered ubet77 account. ubet77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. • Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member per eligible promotion, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit). Unfulfilled bonuses expire automatically at the end of this window.
• The maximum stake permitted per bet while bonus funds are active is RM250–RM500 (as specified in the individual promotion). Stakes in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently suspended.

All bets placed on the ubet77 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the product category in question (sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, arcade). These product-specific rules are available within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform.

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault that causes a bet to be accepted at manifestly incorrect odds, ubet77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Member's account balance.
• For live sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, and UFC events — settlement will be based on official results as published by the relevant governing body. ubet77's settlement decisions are final.

• There is a reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of a breach of these Terms.
• The Member has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account has been used to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Member has engaged in abusive, harassing, or threatening conduct towards ubet77 staff or other Members.
• The Member's account is subject to a legal order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement request.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the verified balance will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method.

Members may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified remaining balance will be paid out upon closure, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
